Recycled Bricks Pty Ltd was established in 1979.
We provide a very competitive demolition service for any old red brick buildings or homes. Our bricks are salvaged from old buildings where a lime-mortar has been used which is easily removed from the bricks. They are usually machine cleaned but sometimes hand cleaned.
We generally have two types of brick, wirecuts and pressed. (see photo gallery)
- Wirecuts – solid, flat on both sides, vary more in colour and size, quite rustic.
- Pressed – very dense and heavy, flat on one side and two indents on other side, uniform in size and more uniform in colour.
The bricks are stacked, wrapped and delivered on standard heavy duty pallets, generally 500 bricks per pallet. Delivery and handling is neat and efficient. Delivery is by fork tractor or hiab (crane truck).
We have no retail outlet. Viewing or pickups by prior arrangement.
We are happy to quote on any full or partial demolitions where there are recycled bricks involved. We also buy bricks.
